
Gastronomic Arena
Referenced in the food and beverage industry, the Gastronomic Arena, part of Equipotel Food&Drinks, held various events in its fifth edition at Equipotel 2011, including the Food Sculpture Workshop conducted by chef Charlie Carving of Carving Studio Brazil who held the second Food Sculpture Contest using watermelons, in addition to giving traditional classes in fruit and vegetable sculpture.
Cooking-Show
Demonstration classes with renowned chefs from Brazil and abroad. This event is always held on the main stage of the Gastronomic Arena where visitors get exposure to techniques, trends and novelties from great cooking professionals. Every year, these presentations are free of charge.
Drink-show
A space with renowned bartenders delivering performances and giving tips on beverages. Like the Cooking Show, every year these shows are also free of charge.
Wine Cellar
A space of the Gastronomic Arena where sommeliers present, promote and offer wine tasting to visitors, as well as reveal everything about wine production. Entrance is free to visitors but there is a limited number of participants.
