5th  Equipotel Food&Drinks

Following the food industry trend that grows over 12% every year according to data from ABIA (Brazilian Association of Food Industry) with food service channels representing 30% of food sales in Brazil, the fifth edition of Equipotel Food&Drinks – an area of Equipotel that concentrates all levels of food and beverage suppliers – drew from the participation of important companies in the sector, including Sara Lee, Mar & BarForno de Minas, Vivenda do Camarao, Frigorifico Larissa, Mil Mix Food Service Solution, Kobber and Mister Bey Sobremesas, among others.

Equipotel Food&Drinks also housed the Gastronomic Arena which held various events, including Cooking Show with renowned chefs from Brazil and abroad, Drink Show with renowned bartenders delivering performances, Wine Cellar – a space where sommeliers showed how to taste good wine and revealed its cultural aspects and a Food Sculpture Workshop conducted by chef Charles Carving.
